Access until you pass, stage by stage. Stage 1 (passMCQ) runs until 10 days after the Part I exam date you give us, and is extended to your next sitting each time you upload a result, until the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada confirms you passed Part I. The Books are yours to keep. Stage 2 (passOSCE) stays open until it confirms Part II. Stage 3 (passJEP) stays open until the Ontario College of Pharmacists confirms you passed the JEP.
Proof of result. To keep a stage open past its standard window, or to unlock the next stage, upload your official result. We review it within one business day.
Live OSCE sessions are finite. Stage 2 includes 600 live spoken sessions. They do not expire while Stage 2 is open, and they are not unlimited: every live session runs real compute. If you fail Part II and upload the result, we add 150 live sessions once. Written stations and model demonstrations are unlimited under fair use.
Fair use. The Pathway is for one candidate preparing for their own exams. Automated access, sharing an account, or usage that isn't exam preparation may be suspended.
Overall term: 30 months from the date of purchase, whatever stage you're in. That covers more sittings than any pathway needs.
One candidate, non-transferable. The Pathway is tied to the person named in the application and their passPHARMACY accounts.
Price and tax. $999 CAD, tax included. Instalment plans through Klarna or Afterpay are offered at checkout where available; their terms are set by the provider. The printed add-on is charged at the price shown when you apply.
No refunds after activation. Everything is delivered digitally and instantly. Once Stage 1 is activated, the purchase is final. Printed books cannot be returned once printed, because they are watermarked to you.
Chargebacks. By applying you confirm the purchase is yours and authorised. A chargeback filed after activation suspends all Pathway access while it is investigated, and we provide our activation and usage records in response.

Changes. Features may improve over time. We won't remove anything you were promised at purchase for the life of your Pathway.
