What is passJEP?
Our passJEP platform is a comprehensive study companion designed specifically for pharmacy professionals preparing for the Jurisprudence, Ethics & Professionalism Exam (JEP). The app offers over 1000 practice questions with detailed explanations tied to Ontario legislation and the OCP Code of Ethics, plus multiple study modes.
How do I purchase a subscription?
Subscriptions can be purchased through either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Simply download the app on your preferred device and select your subscription plan within the app. All payments are processed securely through Google Play or Apple's payment systems.
Can I use passJEP on multiple devices?
Yes, you can use passJEP on multiple devices with the same account. For Apple devices, use the same Apple ID. For Android devices, use the same Google account. However, to prevent account sharing, we implement a device switching cooldown system. Please refer to our Device Switching Policy for details.
Is my progress saved across devices?
Yes, all your progress, bookmarks, and study data are synchronized across your devices when you're signed in with the same account.
How often is the content updated?
We regularly update our question bank and content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Updates are automatically delivered through the Google Play Store and App Store.
What happens when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, you'll maintain access to your progress data but won't be able to access practice questions or study materials until you renew your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For Android users, cancel through your Google Play Store settings. For Apple users, cancel through your Apple ID settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How do the detailed explanations work?
Every question in passJEP includes a thorough explanation that walks through the reasoning, cites the relevant legislation or code of ethics where applicable, and clarifies common misconceptions. The explanations are written by pharmacists who have prepared candidates for the JEP, not auto-generated.
Is passJEP available on Android devices?
An Android app is in active development and will be available on Google Play soon. In the meantime, Android users can access the full passJEP platform via the web app at app.pass-jep.ca — same content, same experience. You can download or open passJEP from:
